A neighborhood café rooted in seasonal ingredients, small-batch coffee, and the kind of quiet morning that actually restores you.
"We don't rush anything here. Good coffee takes time. So do good mornings." — Founder, Ember & Grain
Ember & Grain started with a simple conviction: a good café should feel like the best part of your day. Not just the coffee — the light through the windows, the smell of something coming out of the oven, a face that already knows your order.
We bake everything in-house, every morning. Our coffee rotates through three small-batch roasters we've actually visited. And our menu changes with the seasons, because that's just how food should work.
"I've tried every café in this neighborhood. Ember & Grain is on another level. The almond croissant alone is worth the trip. Staff remembers your name after the second visit."
"This is my WFH office two days a week. The Ember Latte has permanently ruined all other lattes for me. Not a complaint."
"We held a brunch here and the team was incredibly accommodating. The seasonal menu was a hit with everyone."
